VERVE Pulse was built by the team behind VERVE Fitness — a commercial gym equipment company that has worked with thousands of gym operators across Australia. We got tired of watching great gym owners struggle with clunky, overpriced software. So we built something better.
We are not a generic SaaS company that happened to pick fitness. We come from the industry. That changes everything about how we build.
The team
Niall founded VERVE Fitness in 2019, building it into a $20M commercial gym equipment business serving thousands of gyms across Australia. Winner of the Gold Coast Business Excellence Award (Health & Wellness, 2022). He built VERVE Pulse after seeing firsthand how much time gym operators lose to broken software.

VERVE Fitness started as a commercial gym equipment supplier. Over five years, we sold to thousands of gyms — boutique studios, PT facilities, CrossFit boxes, and large commercial centres. We saw every kind of operation up close.
One thing was consistent: gym operators were spending hours every week on admin — chasing failed payments, manually sending reminders, trying to understand their numbers in spreadsheets. The software they were using was either too expensive, too complicated, or too generic to actually help.
VERVE Pulse is our answer to that. An AI-powered gym management platform built specifically for operators who want to spend less time on admin and more time with members. We have built it the way we would want it — direct, fast, and intelligent.
